A custom

When I received an email asking if their was a chance of a custom pair of Jeans with Thomas Feature Pockets, I couldn't resist. The person asking is a long time Nappycino acquaintance. The result is below - a Size 2 Bonds Stretchie T-Shirt with James Applique, and a pair of Size 1 Wide Leg Denim Jeans with Feature Pockets - Thomas and Bertie.

Anyone else wanting something similar should pop over to my Ozebaby Store.

Thanks Photoshop

Just starting to learn Photoshop but this is what I did with two photos from yesterday at the beach.

I love this effect! Very simple too.

My favourite picture from yesterday - minus dribble! Plus a little bit of touch up around the lips, under the nose and under the eyes.

Sunday Afternoon at the Beach

I've decided to learn to use my camera to it's full potential. It's a Fuji Finepix S5600 - it has a lot of manual settings that I never even knew existed. So I've started to learn about aperature and shutter speeds, and iso's etc. So the last few days I've been taking heaps of photos. It was a nice sunny day today so we took the kids to the beach. Here are my best shots. Any constructive critisim or comments are most welcome!

Not a good photo - but this is a 3 inch long flathead that DH caught.

Recent Purchases

I received this wool in the mail today. It's a custom dye job from Jolly Jumbuck - Black Rainbow - been lusting this colourway for a while! I got two skeins of Apollo.

This is fabric I bought from the op shop yesterday - I'm going to make a Wired Up Design knitting tote out of it. I'm going to do a brown inner.

And this is my first side of my brea bag - but it's too small! I didn't read the pattern and only used one strand of yarn - not too. I hate to frog it, but don't know if I'll be bothered to knit the rest to make a small bag for Emma or something. I have to reball my wool now so I can knit two strands at a time.
